Our factory-style Spoilers are Custom Precision Molded to match all factory mounting locations.
Every custom designed spoiler begins as an idea or inspiration. With these spoilers we strive to bring
to you a totally new fresh design that accentuates the sleek curves of your vehicle.
We start with DCPD resins at the core of the part, coupled with Alpha Owens Corning ™ fiberglass to
consistently produce strong, lightweight, flawless parts. We then incorporate easy-sanding gelcoat, followed
by Dupont™ 2K urethane primer for a seamless velvety part that begs to be painted.
For the painting process, we use manufacturers color-code libraries to match the exact color of your vehicle.
The painting process begins with automated fine grit sanding, two primary and one secondary coat of high grade
BASF(makers of Galzurete™)automotive paint. Our proprietary clearcoat process, DoubleClear, consists of an almost
simultaneous double application for a thicker glasslike surface that can stand up to years of waxing. In addition,
UV inhibitors are combined with the clearcoat to further protect the luster of the paint.
Our paint facilites are equipped with state of the art downdraft paint booths, essential to producing
perfect paint jobs.
