BSD250 Microwave Blind Spot Detection System with LED indicators
When changing lanes, blind zones create a real hazard and are one of the leading causes of most accidents.
In an effort to reduce these types of accidents, automotive manufacturers have turned to their suppliers to create a system that detects vehicles and other objects in blind-spots, out of the driver's periphery.
When making lane changes, BSD250 detects obstructions via the two bumper-mounted sensors and indicates them via the LED indicators and audible sounds.
The system provides two LED indicators (left and right sides) that illuminate and visually indicate there is a vehicle next to you. If you turn on a turn-signal, the system will audibly warn you that there is a vehicle next to yours.
This system was once only available when you purchased a new car, now you can add this safety feature to almost any vehicle.
